This position is part of our Civil Litigation Division, where we focus primarily on real estate and business litigation. You’ll gain invaluable experience working alongside an experienced litigation partner, developing your legal skills in a supportive and structured environment designed for professional growth.
What You’ll Do: As a Junior Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in civil litigation. You’ll take on meaningful work and gain insight into how litigation truly operates day to day.
Your responsibilities will include: • Drafting demand letters, pleadings, and discovery documents • Conducting legal research and assisting with case strategy • Managing case files and deadlines under the supervision of senior attorneys • Participating in client communications and case preparation • Learning the ins and outs of real estate and business litigation from a team of seasoned litigators

Who We’re Looking For: • 0–1 years of experience (civil litigation experience preferred, but not required) • Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar (or awaiting bar results) • Strong writing, research, and communication skills • A proactive learner eager to grow within a litigation practice • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Base Salary: $150,000
