Compensation:

  • $25,000 sign on bonus if you start before February 14, 2026!

  • $175,000 = Associate Attorney

  • $225,000 = Senior Associate Attorney

  • $250,000 = Partner

  • $45,000 in potential bonus on top of base salary

Experience Required: 3+ Years Family Law Litigation

Role Type: Full-time | 1 day remote and 4 days in the office | Fast-track growth environment

Location: Denver – Hampden (South Denver)

About the Opportunity: Our Denver/Hampden office is a high-performing team that operates like its own boutique practice within a firm infrastructure. If you’re a litigator who thrives in-person collaboration, values support staff that lets you actually practice law, and wants visibility with firm leadership — this is your runway. Attorneys who step into Hampden often see fast case-flow and rapid revenue control.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, high-asset dissolutions)

  • Lead hearings, mediations, and complex litigation strategy

  • Build strong client relationships with full paralegal + intake support

  • Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required)
