Full-time
$175,000 - $195,000

Position Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Location: Multiple Colorado Offices (Denver, Centennial, or Colorado Springs)

Experience: 1–5 years of civil litigation experience

About the Opportunity:

Our firm is a growing civil litigation hub built for attorneys who want meaningful case ownership without the chaos of doing everything themselves. We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team.

This is a hybrid role designed for experienced litigators who value professional flexibility, a strong support staff, and a steady pipeline of sophisticated matters. You will have the autonomy to run your own cases while being backed by premier firm infrastructure, direct leadership access, and internal systems that actually work. If you’re ready to focus on practicing law—not chasing files or fixing admin issues—this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a Diverse Caseload:

Take ownership of a robust civil litigation docket focusing on real estate, contract disputes, and property/tenancy litigation.

  • Drive Cases to Resolution:

Handle cases from pre-litigation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.

  • Client Advocacy:

Develop tailored litigation strategies and work directly as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Focus on Billable Impact:

Collaborate with a skilled team of paralegals and support staff, allowing you to maximize your billable hours and focus on high-value legal work.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:

1 to 5 years of active civil litigation experience (experience in real estate, contract, or property disputes is a plus, but not required).

  • Billable Savvy:

Familiarity with defense-side or private-firm billing practices, with a strong understanding of how to capture time accurately and meet billable targets.

  • Drive & Autonomy:

An attorney who is ready to step into court, advocate passionately for clients, and run cases with minimal hand-holding.

  • Credentials:

Active license to practice law in Colorado.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation:

High base salary plus an aggressive, uncapped performance bonus structure that directly rewards your productivity.

  • Work-Life Integration:

True hybrid flexibility and unlimited PTO + holidays (provided billable targets are met).

  • Robust Benefits:

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision packages, plus a CLE budget and covered bar association dues.

  • Career Trajectory:

A clear, transparent path to advancement and Partner consideration.

  • No Origination Required

A highly successful internal marketing machine that ensures a consistent, steady case flow—no book of business required.

Who Thrives Here:

Civil litigators who want true ownership of their work, flexibility in how they work, and a compensation structure that actually rewards production. If you’re driven, organized, and ready to grow within a firm that actively invests in its attorneys, you’ll fit right in.
