Timothy Murphy is a member of Robinson & Henry’s Civil Litigation Team. Tim’s impressive litigation background includes successfully trying cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Preparation, availability, and humanity are at the core of Tim’s legal practice. Whether preparing for mediation or trial, Tim knows favorable outcomes are accomplished through strong groundwork.
Tim’s philosophy is inspired by the old adage, “give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the ax.”
“My clients will never get anything less than my absolute best effort to see their issues resolved satisfactorily,” Tim said.
Additionally, clients can expect Tim to guide them through the often-confusing legal system as they seek a resolution that meets their needs.
Tim lives in the greater Denver area with his wife and golden retriever. He’s an avid college sports fan and enjoys cheering on the Nebraska Huskers, win or lose. An interesting fact about Tim: he plays nine musical instruments!
