My passion is helping people through a very difficult and confusing time. I will work hard to do everything I can to get my clients the best possible outcome.
Stephen Prager is a probate litigation attorney on Robinson & Henry’s Probate Law Team. Stephen chose a career in law to work with and fight for people’s best interests, and he prides himself on being a dedicated and staunch advocate for his clients.
Practicing probate law gives him the opportunity to help individuals facing some of the most difficult circumstances in their lives.
“It lets me make something that is hard to go through a little easier,” he said.
Stephen finds it incredibly rewarding to provide sound legal counsel that reduces his client’s worries and creates a foundation for the best possible outcome for their case.
Since every probate case is unique, Stephen’s clients can expect him to develop a plan based on their case’s individual strengths and weaknesses. As a former El Paso County prosecutor, he is well-equipped to negotiate with the opposing counsel on his client’s behalf. If the case must proceed to court, Stephen is prepared. Having tried difficult criminal cases from misdemeanors and DUIs to assault and homicides in county and district courts, he’s capable of handling the most complex probate litigations cases at trial.
Stephen is proud to be a fourth-generation Coloradan, which means he is an avid fan of all Denver sports teams. In his free time, Stephen plays guitar, a hobby he has enjoyed for 20 years.
