Peter Murphy

Robinson & Henry Associate Peter Murphy is a former prosecutor who now lends his experience and expertise to matters of Civil Litigation, including Construction and Real Estate Litigation, as well as Probate cases.

Peter earned a great deal of confidence trying cases as a prosecutor in Adams County. As a result of that work, he is comfortable taking on any complex case to help achieve a fair and satisfying result for his client.

In fact, it was the challenging work that drew Peter to the legal profession. While pursuing his graduate and post-graduate degrees in the Midwest, Peter saw how complicated legal issues could make hard times even harder on people. He wanted to help.

Peter is a skilled and sympathetic communicator. He believes in keeping his clients in the loop so they’re never left wondering what’s going on with their case. Knowing this, Peter keeps his clients informed with detailed analyses of the pros and cons of all the different options in their cases.

Peter and his wife love exploring Colorado’s scenery on hikes with their two golden retrievers. He also enjoys film, television, and good live music — especially at the unique outdoor venues Colorado has to offer.
