Mark C. Smith wanted to dedicate his life to serving others. The best way Mark felt he could make a difference in someone else’s life was to become a lawyer. Since 1994, he has helped scores of individuals through life-altering family law matters. Mark’s wealth of experience and compassionate disposition are assets to our Family Law Team.
Clients can expect a caring and candid attorney in Mark. Family law matters can be emotionally charged, but Mark takes a pragmatic approach to his clients’ cases. He understands that by imparting rational and practical solutions to his clients, he places them on the most advantageous route to a resolution.
Mark has tried cases along the Front Range and in some mountain communities. He has helped clients in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson Counties, as well as Eagle, Larimer, Weld, and Yuma Counties.
Family is at the center of Mark’s life. His free time is spent raising his eight-year-old son. Mark’s five sisters and their father, who is 90, all live in Loveland. Mark also has seven nieces and nephews who are located in Colorado.
When time permits, Mark paints. His pieces are sold in Denver-area galleries.
