Biography

Civil litigation attorney Kristoffer Wathne is passionate about advocating for his clients, particularly in the courtroom.

Competitive by nature with an affinity for advocacy, law school was an obvious choice for Kristoffer following his undergraduate studies in political science. He chose to concentrate on the area civil litigation so he could help individuals get through its often baffling process. Plus, Kristoffer finds it gratifying to argue on clients’ behalf in court and achieve favorable results for them.

Kristoffer has found the best way to obtain a positive outcome for his clients is to define their goals and needs early so he can develop a tailored strategy.

“Once the client’s goals are clearly defined, it comes down to planning, prioritizing, and executing to achieve the best result,” he says.

Additionally, Kristoffer understands people do not want to be caught up in drawn out litigation. That’s why he strives to move his clients’ cases along as quickly as possible. Not only does this allow his clients to move forward with their lives sooner, but it also saves them money.

When Kristoffer is not working, he finds a good balance between being active and relaxing. Kristoffer likes to get outside for a hike or play team sports, such as basketball, baseball, and hockey. He also enjoys unwinding with a good book or turning his TV on to a game.
