Ginger V. Geissinger’s grandfather, a Colorado water lawyer, shared stories with her about his helping gold miners and farmers during his career. Following in his footsteps, Ginger chose to attend law school upon completing her undergraduate studies. Today, she is an award-winning attorney on Robinson & Henry’s Family Law Team.
Ginger began her legal career as a deputy district attorney, but she then shifted to defending juvenile clients and parents in social services cases for 15 years. Ginger finally settled upon the area of family law so she could help people navigate difficult issues, such as divorce, and support them during momentous life events, like adoption.
Many individuals and families hope to resolve their legal matter without going to court, but that is not always possible. When trial is necessary, Ginger’s clients can rest easy, knowing her extensive courtroom experience is beneficial to their case.
Ginger has tried cases in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Kit Carson, Larimer, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld, and Yuma Counties.
A self-described comic book nerd, Ginger backs the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, which fights censorship and teaches literacy. She also supports the arts as a Denver Art Museum and Opera Colorado member. Ginger also has an affinity for culinary arts and may have become a chef had she not been drawn to the law.
