"With over twenty years of experience as a trial lawyer and mediator, I know how to focus on what matters most to my clients and how best to achieve their goals. I've represented individuals, businesses and governmental agencies in construction and design defect disputes and personal injury matters stemming from car wrecks, bar fights, gun fire, dog attacks, premises liability, and product defects including exploding vape batteries. Litigation can be stressful and having the right attorney by your side to deflect that stress can be a great relief and a great advantage in reaching successful resolution."

Ben is an expert civil litigation attorney with many years of experience in Colorado courts. Naturally inquisitive and analytical, Ben’s experience in construction, as well as architecture, gives him unique insight into the world of business and civil development. He’s become a skilled mediator, as his experience with business disputes, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and insurance has helped him understand the ins and outs of conflict resolution.

Effective legal representation isn’t just about analyzing situations and facts—it’s about understanding people and their perspectives, and Ben knows that better than most. He focuses on listening to his clients and empathizing with their concerns, to really see their situation through their eyes. This helps him use the law to most competently serve his clients’ interests and goals, while also entreating him with a passionate presence both in and out of the courtroom.

From Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ben is familiar with the Rocky Mountains and all they have to offer. When he was accepted to the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Law school, he moved north to Colorado and has remained ever since. He enjoys hiking and swimming in his off-time, and dining outdoors with great company. If you run into him, you might find him walking outside, happily wrangling his three Labrador Retrievers.
