For the past decade, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients from all over the nation on all types of tax and estate planning matters. Despite the differences in each case, I know that they all seek and deserve peace of mind - something I strive to achieve with all my clients.

As the son of an Army Chaplain, Michael grew up throughout the United States and overseas, including Hawaii, Germany, and Chile. Drawing from these experiences, Michael’s familiarity with cultural diversity allows him to successfully interact, understand, and represent his diverse set of clients.
Early in his career, Michael specialized in construction defect litigation, successfully representing many types of clients, such as Fortune 500 companies, general contractors, developers, and insurers. From there, Michael took a yearlong sabbatical, becoming the VP of an online sales and consulting company, so that he could better understand business tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions. During his time there, the company grew exponentially from 25 employees to over 100 and quickly became a multi-million-dollar operation.
With the goal of applying his newfound knowledge as an attorney, Michael returned to practice law in 2009 for one of the nation’s largest tax debt resolution and business restructuring firms. Growing his career, Michael successfully negotiated hundreds of resolutions with the IRS and state taxing authorities – also expanding his client base to include individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, limited liability companies, and large corporations.
Today, Michael is a lead tax and estate planning attorney at Robinson & Henry, working with both individuals and business owners. When Michael is not in the office helping his clients, he is volunteering for Boy Scouts of America or cheering on his four boys from the sidelines as a consummate coach and fan.
