Robinson & Henry attorney Evan Withrow practices several areas of law that can often intersect: civil litigation, employment law, real estate, and probate. Employment law has been Evan’s main area of practice in recent years. He has helped businesses, large and small, navigate compliance issues related to employment law. He has also represented employers who have faced a variety of claims, including harassment, discrimination, and wage disputes.
Evan hails from Montana. Having grown up on a wheat farm in a small rural town, he understands the value of community, especially during difficult times. Evan’s desire to continue to help others drove him to study law.
Legal issues can be taxing on clients. Evan strives to alleviate the stress so his clients can get back to focusing on what’s most important to them.
During his free time, Evan enjoys cheering on his beloved alma mater’s basketball team, the Gonzaga Bulldogs, as it chases an elusive national championship. He’s also an avid movie watcher and collector. Evan and his wife like to spend time outdoors, especially local geocaching (treasure hunting). The couple lives in Colorado Springs with their twin daughters and dog, Cooley.
