Ali DeHoek

Ali DeHoek is an Associate Attorney at Robinson & Henry specializing in evictions and HOA litigation. Her love for reading, writing, and history from an early age helped guide her to a law career.

Ali wanted to speak up for those who lacked a voice or means to advocate for themselves. She has friends who rent out property, and has seen that even landlords can get taken advantage of. This helped her choose evictions as one of her practice areas.

“The landlord-tenant issues they face interested me,” Ali says.

Ali gained valuable trial court skills as a student prosecutor at the Forsyth District Attorney’s Office in North Carolina. She has also watched over the safety and interests of neglected children as a Guardian ad Litem. This experienced honed Ali’s ability to collect evidence and draft recommendations for judges. Of course, she knows there is more to being a good attorney than familiarity with the legal system.

It’s about reassuring and empowering her clients.

“I’ll be in contact as much as (a client) wants or needs,” Ali says. “I can break down legal terms and processes in a way that’s easy to understand.”

In her free time, Ali enjoys reading, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Noah. She also loves watching sports, especially events involving the Alabama Crimson Tide.
