Family law attorney Alexandra Dietzgen is a compassionate and empathetic advocate for clients faced with a variety of family law matters. She offers clients creative and balanced solutions to ensure they receive a fair and just result for their unique case.
Alexandra obtained her law degree from Tulane University School of Law. During her legal studies, she received first place in the Intra-school 2L Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition. This competition is part of the Tulane Law Moot Court Program. Moot court programs provide opportunities for legal students to sharpen various skills. For Alexandra, it was Alternative Dispute Resolution, an area in which she excels.
Alternative Dispute Resolution has become a popular way for individuals to resolve legal problems without going to court. Mediation is a productive ADR in family law matters as it can reduce the client’s costs and wrap up a case more quickly.
While Alexandra is effective in obtaining favorable results for clients in mediation, she is just as competent in the courtroom.
What matters most to Alexandra is that her clients are set up for success once their case cases. Whether the results are achieved through mediation or trial, Alexandra strives to obtain them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
To prepare herself for challenges at the office, Alexandra clears her mind on Colorado’s many trails, ski slopes, and campgrounds.
