question iconIs there a case against Department of Human Services if a social worker discloses confidential information in a waiting room with someone sitting next to her. Today my social worker did that to me and disclosed extremely confidential information regarding my younger son in in front of someone. I can tell the lady sitting next to us was uncomfortable with what she heard and I also feel awkward and very uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave the room but couldn’t.
