I notified my leasing office of mold and they never reached out to me regarding this matter. How long does a landlord have to fix this issues before I can take action?

There is no specific time frame specifically related to a mold issue. But, you may want to consider reviewing the rules related to how you would perfect a claim of Breach of Warranty of Habitability.
