Divorced in 2007. Found out that i’m still on mortgage. Been in court for 3 years. Court keeps giving him more and more time to get refinanced.. been 3 years. court ordered to short sell, deed in lieu, or Consent to judgement.
Won’t do it.
what happens if he dies? do they come after me? How do I protect myself? I was illegally removed from title by court. Admitted by judge. Won’t put me back on title because the ultimate goal is to get me off the mortgage. But judge keeps giving him more and more time… please help.
