I am a tenant w no lease. I pay mnth to mnth. Ive been at my rental{room} for a year but my landlady and i dated and now thats over and shes pushing me out by being nasty to me.I always pay ahead and am paid up. I also took care of her out of hospital after a surgery for 2 weeks and i pay for most food and cook, clean for her. but she still is trying to get me to go.what can i do?
