No. If he quit his job to avoid paying support he is voluntarily unemployed. The Court can order that he continue to pay the support at the current rate just as if he never quit his job. The same is true if he voluntarily takes a lesser paying job. In that case the Court can find that he is voluntarily underemployed and order that he continue paying support at the current rate as if he was still working at his old job. You may find that you need to file a motion to enforce his obligation to pay at the current rate.
