HGTV's Rico to the Rescue

Denver realtor and construction restoration consultant Rico León is back for Season 2 of the hit show Rico To The Rescue on HGTV, and with him, Robinson & Henry.

You may recall seeing R&H Partner and Real Estate Litigation Attorney David Hannum last season picking up the pieces left behind by two bad contractors. With David’s help, Rico turned some disastrous construction projects into dream homes.

Now David is back with Rico for two more episodes, including the Season 2 premiere airing Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 9|8c on HGTV and Max.

Beyond helping homeowners deal with bad contractors, David leverages every Rico episode to inform viewers about various aspects of Colorado construction law.

“Both Robinson & Henry and the producers of the show [on] HGTV have a goal in mind that we want to educate the viewer,” David said. “We want the viewer to know as much as we can convey about the pitfalls of construction projects, the things to look out for, for bad contractors, what to do before you’re in a dispute, as well as what to do when the dispute gets going.”

David Hannum isn't just any lawyer. He's a legal force, adept at navigating the complexities of civil litigation, insurance claim denials, intellectual property, and real estate. In addition to fighting bad contractors, David leads a talented civil litigation team at our downtown Colorado Springs office.

Don't let a bad contractor steal your dream home. Robinson & Henry's real estate litigation attorneys hold unscrupulous contractors accountable. Call 303-688-0944 to schedule a case assessment.
