Last week, U.S. District Judge William Alsup ordered a nationwide injunction, temporarily preventing the Trump administration from ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. As it stands currently, the DACA program must be allowed to continue while the Administration tries to reach a consensus on the program’s future.
For now, people who have already been granted DACA status, and whose benefits expire between Sept. 5, 2017 and March 5, 2018, can now renew their DACA status and their work authorization online. However, new DACA applicants (those who have never been granted DACA status) cannot apply.
To renew your DACA status, Robinson & Henry offers a $175 flat fee for limited scope representation, meaning our attorneys will review and file your application for you.
