Robinson and Henry Family Law attorney Sean Edgren has a passion for guiding individuals through challenging times.

His legal career sprang from a desire to reduce clients’ stress by helping them understand the court process. Sean offers clients informed opinions based on professional experience. He listens to their primary goals and steers them toward the desired outcome.

Earlier in his career, Sean spent two years helping clients who faced serious criminal charges. As an El Paso County deputy public defender, Sean advocated for those who lacked the means for private legal help. It was challenging work, but it sharpened his skills as a negotiator and litigator.

Now, he brings that experience and those abilities to his Family Law cases.

“I selected Family Law to specialize my area of practice as I truly care about my individual clients and their situations,” Sean says.

Sean’s clients can expect a lawyer who is not only attentive, but strategic and responsive. He prides himself on his punctuality and ability to seamlessly pivot from negotiations to courtroom litigation — if he has to.

“If negotiations do not bear fruit, (my clients) have an attorney that can capably best represent them in the courtroom before the Judge,” says Sean.

Outside the legal sphere, Sean spends time with his wife and daughters. They can often be found hiking and exploring the great outdoors all along the Front Range. Sean also has a keen interest in finance and the markets. Sean is proud to celebrate a personal milestone of 12 years of sobriety, another testament to his commitment and discipline.
