Robinson & Henry Senior Associate Attorney Peter Towsky practices civil litigation, real estate law, and business law. Peter handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, HOA problems, and real estate issues. He also helps clients with intellectual property needs such as registering a trademark or enforcing a copyright that is being infringed.

Peter is a former prosecutor who has handled thousands of criminal cases in New York City and Pueblo County, Colorado. His work as an assistant district attorney—indicting cases before grand juries, prosecuting crimes at trial, and brokering plea deals—has led to Peter acquiring powerful persuasive and negotiation skills which benefit his current clients.

From an early age, Peter held a strong sense of right and wrong. His ethical principles and a desire to help others led him to study the law. Peter’s drive to seek justice for others was sharpened during his time as a prosecutor.

Throughout the years, Peter has cultivated a distinctive understanding of the law that allows him to dig deep into issues and catch opportunities for creative solutions other attorneys may overlook.

In his words, Peter’s clients can expect “sincere honesty, hard work, and realistic expectations.” They’ll be represented by a staunch advocate who is not afraid to win their case in court.

More About Peter

Peter is passionate about animal and environmental rights. He often combines that passion with his love for traveling and learning about other cultures.

Peter spent two years visiting India, China, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Myanmar. He lived for three months at an elephant sanctuary in the jungle of Northern Thailand where he worked with indigenous Karen people. While these travels took him to faraway places, they also led Peter to love. He met his fiancé who visited the elephant sanctuary for a tour.
