5/21/15: Successfully resolved the issue of a client’s house being stolen. Returned possession and ownership to him, he sold the home a couple of months later for $500K.

3/7/14: I successfully petitioned court to issue an order to release a faulty mechanics lien recorded against client’s home.
2/15/14: I obtained a money judgement for a client whose tenant had damaged his home and owed rent as well as thousands for damages resulting from a marijuana grow operation within the rental house.
Interference of Contract
1/31/14: I successfully, avoided trial by negotiating a settlement for client who was being sued for interfering and wrongfully causing a land buyer to abandon a contract to purchase land.
About Don Eby
Donald “Corky” Eby is the lead attorney of Robinson & Henry’s real estate division. He is an experienced adviser and powerful advocate for clients facing challenges involving the purchase or sale of commercial or residential property; real estate financing issues; land development or zoning problems; lease drafting or enforcement; landlord/tenant disputes or eviction; foreclosures; other contract issues; and HOA disputes. Don is also a talented legal resource in the area of business and commercial law. Don holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. He earned the Scholastic Excellence Award for Trial Practice and was named Corporate Apprentice of the Year by the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association – Real Estate and Business sections, the American Bar Association, and the Douglas Elbert County Bar Association.
Don is an active member of the Castle Rock business community and serves on the Castle Rock Board of Adjustments. Because he has a personal connection with and cares about our nation’s veterans he serves on the Veterans Project Board of Directors and he is a volunteer attorney for the Colorado Bar Association’s Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans. Additionally, Don is a member of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors, NAIOP – Commercial Real Estate Development, serving on the Legislative Affairs Committee, Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), and the Denver Chapter of the Navy League.
