We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
Job Overview: As a Salesforce Developer at Robinson and Henry, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Please note that this is an in-person position at our Castle Rock office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, workflows, process builder, and automation.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and other integration tools.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, etc.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
