A: Our attorneys practice in Douglas, Denver, Boulder, Arapahoe, El Paso, Adams, Elbert, and Jefferson counties. You can meet with a lawyer from our office in Denver, Castle Rock, or Colorado Springs. Typical cities we cover are Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Denver, Colorado Springs, Lone Tree, Franktown, and Kiowa.
Q: What is your fee structure?
A: The firm accepts cases on an hourly, contingency, or flat rate basis, depending on the nature and scope of the representation. Payments may be made by personal check and credit card. In limited circumstances, payment plans are allowed.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: We are available to meet with you from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. In limited circumstances, we are available for early morning, evening, and weekend appointments.
Q: How do I know if I can afford an attorney?
A: You don't. Each case is unique, so it is impossible to determine how much it will cost without talking with you about your fact-specific case. Our attorneys provide a free consultation on most matters, so it make sense to meet with one of our attorneys to discuss your legal concerns.
